Iqaluit RCMP are asking the public for assistance as they search for a 13-year-old girl who was reported missing.

Alison Bracken was last seen leaving her residence in the 900 block area on Oct. 29 at approximately 10 a.m.

She is described as 4-feet-4-inches tall, slim build with black shoulder length hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing black pants and a black sweater.

Police and her family are concerned for her safety. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Alison Bracken is asked to call the Iqaluit RCMP at 867-979-1111 or
