Learning to be healthy and happy in Kugluktuk

During National Addictions Awareness Week in November, Moving Forward Together/Hivumut Aulaniq Atauttimut project counsellor Stephanie Fummerton and drug and alcohol counsellor Allison Paré visited Jimmy Hikok Ilihakvik to help students think about how to create a good, healthy life for themselves.

Students in each class participated in games, discussions, thinking, writing, and drawing activities, all focused on the question of how to make a good life. To help make the day an even happier one, each student received a gift from the presenters.
