Since opening on Sept. 27, Iglulik’s Fitness Gym has welcomed more than 150 members.

“We are excited to be able to have a gym here in Iglulik. It’s another place we can hang out,” said gym user Jason Tulugarjuk.

The project came to fruition through the Department of Health’s wellness funding and was assisted by the local high school donating a Bowflex machine.
